At my breaking point.

I'm frustrated and scared. I've had an eating disorder before, and during recovery, gained a LOT of weight despite the fact that throughout my ED I'd only lost like 8 lbs! Now, I'm 5'6" and weigh 145lbs. I'm not comfortable like this AT ALL.nothing fits me right and I just keep gaining weight. It's been about 7 months now since I started recovery.I just don't understand WHY I keep gaining weigh, eating even just 1300! I got my basal metabolic rate measured at the doctors office with the machine that your breathe into and it came out to be 1350 calories. Please, just help me figure out what I need to do to get back to where I was comfortable before I had an eating disorder, 120-125 lbs! I feel like I've tried just about everything and the last thing I want is to relapse back into my ED and cancel out all the effort I've put into recovering.
ETA: 1300 is my current intake, for the first few months of recovery I was eating between 1600-2100 cals, and I'm pretty active with cheer and gymnastics several days a week on top of extra exercise about 4-5 days a week

The best advice I can give you is to call your doctor. A medically supervised and monitored program is really what you should look for given your history. You understand your proclivity to return to an unhealthy pattern and your body may still have resulting adjustments to make depending on your ED that may really make any advice people give you here meaningless. I don;'t want to sound unhelpful - Truly, I would want the best for you and I think the best approach possible is to contact your doctor and get connected with a nutritionist that understands where you've been... (Praying for you)0
