Excederin before running?

Simple question: I had a headache earlier today, and I took two excederin migraine tablets (my coworker has a big bottle of them). They cleared up my headache pretty well, however I was planning to run as soon as I got home. Is this a bad idea?

No, go for it. It shouldn't affect you at all.

shouldn't matter unless you typically don't do well with caffeine--can't see why it would bother you. I've had espresso before and it actually gave me a good jolt.

Thats all I needed to know, thanks! I wasn't sure if it functioned as a blood thinner like aspirin.

there is aspirin in it - I am no doctor but I can't imagine 1 dose would do you harm....again - I am no doctor!

I came down with a cold yesterday, and it's still around. I plan on banging the inhaler and taking some sort of pain killer before I run tonight.

Like anything else, If you get dizzy or have other problems just stop.

To help keep in perspective it's like not not having my two year old son on my back all the time. I can't imagine what it will be like closer to my goal weight.
