pre-workout formulas?

Hey everyone!

I have been doing Insanity for a month and a half..I plan on doing a second round when I finish this one. I usually work out in the morning but no matter how much sleep I get, I am always dragging. I have bought a pre-workout formula to mix in the morning before I work out to give me energy, etc and wanted to see if anyone else is using something like it, how you like it, any side effetcs, etc? I will continue to do research but thought I might get some real life opinions. Thanks!

    I'm actually trying out the Energy and Endurance formula from beachbody. I hadn't planned on it, but my coach actually sent me a bottle to try.
    I used it last week (only 1 scoop w/ 4-6oz of water) and it is fine. I wasn't overly wired but did have that extra little energy, I guess. It was weird because I took it the first day and wasn't sure if it made a difference. I was going to skip it the next day and was totally dragging. So I decided to drink it and was good to go. *shrug* not sure if I'd buy it on my own or not, but I've been pleased so far.

    I will! I am a little worried because i has alot of caffeine in it...but I can always cut the portion in half if it is too much. I always wondered about that "results and recovery" formula they talk about?
