I weigh 130 lbs and I'm 5'1"
I exercise everyday and I burn 400 calories - 1000 calories a day.
In the beginning of this weight loss, I ate around 1400 calories a day (before I put in my exericse) and I lost a couple pounds of week. Then I decreased my calories to 1200 like MFP recommend and I've lost .5 every week or two weeks.
I don't think I'm eating enough calories. Your thoughts?

If you are burning 1000 calories a day with exercise and only eating 1200 it doesn't seem like enough. You have to be able to fuel your body. However that is just my opinion. If you eat your exercise calories, or at least a few it may be good. But it's all personal preference till you get a professionals opinion on what and how many calories you eat.0
