Easy, Portable, Low cal meals

So trying to plan out all my meals for this week because I work ALOT, gonna try and make most of it tonight and package it up into to go containers. When I say easy I mean EASY! Other than the actual cooking part, if it's going to take me more than 10-15 minutes to prep it's too much lol. If it takes more than the normal, almost always have around the house type ingredients than it's too much. I know I can do the easy stuff like grilled chicken and veggies or a salad, sometimes it just gets so boring though that I end up going off course and I don't want to end up binging. Breakfast meals are easy for me so it's mostly lunch and dinners I'm worried about.

So I would love your help! Gimme what ya got!

Here's what I have to work with:
-ground turkey, deli turkey, turkey pepperoni
-chicken breasts
-lettuce, kale, spinach
-tortillas
-shrimp
-quinoa
-oatmeal
-bell peppers
-broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots, zucchini (minimal), cucumber
-tomato sauce
-cottage cheese (can't eat the stuff straight)
-greek yogurt
-eggs
-tuna fish
-celery
