Hello everyone,
Are you guys on meal plans or do you just go with the flow day-to-day? For someone like me I have to be on some type of meal plan because I know if I don't I will mess my diet or food choice up. Do you think it is better for some starting out to be on some type of meal plan?

Preparation in essential to healthy eating, but you can easily create your own meal plan. You just need to plan our your 3 meals and 2 snacks the day before and log them on MFP so that you know how many calories you are working with.
Depending on your lifestyle and preferences, pick foods that are realistic for you. Fruit and cereal bars are easy snacks if you're a person on the go. Oatmeal or cheerios is a quick, healthy breakfast. You could also do the Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones frozen entrees but watch out for the sodium!!! Avoid drinking your calories, it's a huge waste! Diet drinks in moderation and lots of water!
You can search online for sample meal plans and then just tweek it to remove foods that you don't like. At least you'll get some idea of what you should and should not be eating.0
