is there a accurate way to find out your fat to mucsel ratio? when i got my physical they said i was in the 90th percential for height and weight. But do they count in mucsel

    The 90th percentile is not a bad thing ..... it means you are in the top 10 percent of your population group. The lower the percentile, the "worse" it is.

    Anyway, the best way to measure body fat is through a water immersion test. If that cannot be done, your general practitioner or local fitness center may be able to measure it using caliper calculations or a hand help bio feedback unit.
