Hey I'm Katie! I'm 20, 5'11, and now 195. (lost 3 lbs since Thursday). I've been doing really well for the past couple days and really hope to keep it going. I want to get to 160. Then hopefully 145. That's what I weighed in high school and I was happy with my image then. I believe I can do it, just wondering how well this app works.

you get out of this app what you put into it, if you accurately measure and track every morsel of food you eat it is a very useful tool i.m.o. I'm not sure how well I trust the exercise calculators so I usually undercut my times on certain activities that seem too high, but I love this site!
EDIT: And hi and g'luck0
