I'm in a friend's wedding party this upcoming Saturday. I've managed to lose 18lbs in the last 10 weeks to prepare to wear a form fitting dress...BUT...that being said, I need to de-bloat and get ready to rock the dress. What would be your prep for an event like this? Lots of water? Little sodium?...

LOTS of water (I always have to consciously drink more) and eating enough (and vitamins) - don't let your body think it's starving or it'll hoard everything back. Our bodies are amazing and annoying for their ability to adapt so fast :P0

Thanks! I'm definitely keeping my calories up but changing the amount of carbs I'm taking in. I'm aiming for 3-4 litres of water a day.. Wish my luck!!0
