Best food to eat before/after work out

Hey! Any recommendations on which food to eat before and after work out?

    I usually eat nuts (like raw brazil nuts), protein powder mixed with coconut milk and/or boiled eggs.

    It doesn't matter. You can eat whatever you want before/after workouts as long as it fits into your calorie/macro needs. I usually train fasted or sometimes on a light snack and then eat a big meal after it, but that's just my preference.

    This^^ If you have trouble with energy in your workout a little carbs before can help. Like a banana or an apple. Other than that, your normal nutritional goals should be fine. The anabolic window is 24 hours for recovery so do whatever you prefer after. All a matter of personal preference.
