is 30 day shred enough strength training?

I am currently starting 30day shred and wondered what people think about whether this is enough for a fat loss/shape up routine. Is quite high rep, usually 20 plus, would it be improved if i used heavier weight s and halved the reps?
How many reps should I be aiming for generally
I like 30ds as its good for intervals, but I do wonder if its enough?

Anybody? Help! I would be really interested to know how many reps you should aim for when lifting when you are trying to lose fat.
8?, 12?15? 20?
Thanks!0 -
I personally don't think it is "enough" strength training for me. I lift weights at a gym, and my goal is to do so 3 days a week. I started out with a trainer to be shown the equipment and what I should be doing. I think of the 30 day shred as "extra".0
