checking friends food diary

How do you check your friends food diary? I know they have to have the settings set for you to look at them but how do you look at them? Do you go to their profile or something? I just wanted to get some ideas of what everyone else is eating on their diets..thanks:heart:

    When they close their diary for the day it will show up on your homepage as ".... has completed their food and exercise diary etc." then it will have a link for you to view their diary - the other way you can look is to go to their profile page and click on the link there. Hope this helps ;p)
