Hello All

I am Michelle, and this time, I am going to succeed. And I think I am going to be relying on you guys to help me quite a bit.

I started with My Fitness Pal ages ago now; but never really took it seriously. Then in February of this year I gave up smoking and put on a stone since.

I am now at my heaviest ever, I wobble when I walk and I decided no more about a week ago when a pair of my size 18 jeans were a bit snug.

So here we are; I've joined a gym; and I'm religous with using the app.

In my first week - 2lb down.

Long may it continue.
