C25K/MFP - 1 week in

So I've been doing this thing for a week now. Planning proper meals instead of forgetting to eat and filling up on junk. Running 3 times a week (well, that very walk-y kind of run that you do in week 1 of C25K...) and zumba on one day as well.
The most noticeable difference I am finding is that my energy levels, motivation, ability to get out of bed in the morning and desire to get out and about and do stuff has sky rocketed. Suddenly I am waking up raring to go after only 6 hours of sleep (and my anti-depressants have been known to make me sleep for 13 hours a day...) and am no longer content to sit in front of the TV or computer for hours at a time. I want to get out of bed. I want to get up and do stuff. I want to leave the house and move around.
The only bad side effects are a mid-morning crash in energy levels (possibly due to my high metabolism kicking in more now I have started eating breakfast) and a recurring headache, which I am putting down to caffeine withdrawal. I used to have 15 cups of coffee and tea a day if left to my own devices, I am now down to 3 or 4. Quite a drop. I expect my body isn't liking being cut off, but hey ho, my body can learn to cope.
All in all I am loving this difference in lifestyle. I had often put my drowsiness and lack of motivation down to my depression, so either it was partially diet/lifestyle related after all, or my change in lifestyle has helped significantly. I have been put in touch with a health trainer via my psych assessor to help maintain this change, so if I start to fall off the wagon I can put in a call and get some help. Apparently he is called Scott. I hope he's cute....
No weigh in as yet as I don't have scales... Should probably try and do that sometime. :-/
