Can someone give me any advise please.
Yesterday i went to the gym and did my usual 15 minutes of interval training on the x trainier - my heart rate at one point was 192.. i felt like i was at my limit and had to lower the level. ive done this level many times at wasnt at this bpm.
is 192 dangerously high?
Im not unfit, ive been exercising steadilly all my life and especially in the last 12 months.
It did drop fairly quick after i lowered the level.
Also when i was doing BMF ( British Military Fitness) i was prescribed an inhaler as i was told i had " exercise induced asthma" - not sure if this is relevant or not?
