I've been doing the Butt Bible for the last 3 weeks, on my second week of level 2 at the moment and on Saturday night, I started feeling a sharp pain in my right inner thigh (think it might be the groin, but not sure). It was one of my cardio days so I hadn't done the butt bible workout on that particular day.
It hurts when I do lunges - both normal and side lunges and if I try to climb 2 stairs at a time. It isn't too bad when I do squats, but I can still feel something. It doesn't help when 90% of the butt bible programme involves squats and lunges.
I still did the lower body workout this morning but didn't lunge as deep on my right leg as I did on my left leg and didn't go as deep as usual on the squats.
Will I still get good results if I keep doing the wokouts but while being a bit more gentle on my leg or will I just do more damage to my inner thigh muscle?

I'd say take it easy until you feel better. If you remember a couple of weeks ago, I was sent to Ninewells from work because I had ripped a muscle in my abdomen. I neglected my workouts until I felt better because I was scared of further damage.0
