..but now I am READY!! I have been "dieting" for a long time. I am now ready for a lifestyle change. I have bounced around anywhere between 116-134 pounds, until I recently reached my highest weight of 144. This can't happen again! I used to be able to just watch calories, and I would get down in weight, and then I would stop and gain it all back. Not anymore...

My stats of right now are 5'2, around 138 pounds, and I would like to get to my pre-baby weight of 112. I have found low-carb to be the best plan for me. If anyone wants to add me feel free =)
