Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Burned 600 calories on the Elliptical and kept a close eye on my calories

What would I have done differently? I wished I saved a few more exercise calories

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and exercise.

    Nope.

    As far as exercise, yes. Diet, no.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Biked on an errand instead of taking the car.

    What would I have done differently?
    Not emotionally eaten.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Bike to the gym and burn off my overage on calories yesterday.

    Ditto for me. Sorry I don't get to it everyday as I'm usually off the computer by the time it posts. But I look for it everyday and it helps ALOT! Thanks.

    What would I have done differently? I wish I would have done a little exercise

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and exercise a little (still home sick).

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    Absolutely!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Kept an eye on my calories and worked my butt off at the gym on the strength training, treadmill and bike! I also had over 500 calories left at the end of the day that I did not use!

    What would I have done differently? Put my weight into the treadmill so it counted my calories correctly! I would have had SO many more to log in.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and work my butt off at the gym again tonight!
