I weighed myself before my hike: 174lbs
I weighed myself after my hike (just out of curiosity on how much water lost on a hot days worth of excursion): 166lbs
I weighed myself the following morning after drinking tons of water the night before: 177lbs
So, between the end of my hike and this morning I gained a total of 10lbs. :O From my normal starting weight though I'm now 3lbs over. This will go right? Thanks.

Lolol... yea, you're good. You drank a ton of water before bed and your body kept it in because you were dehydrated. No worries.0
