Jillian michaels fans- question for you

So to all my fellow Jillian michaels fans I was wondering if you guys have done ripped in 30 or if it is better to do 30day shred first and then ripped in 30?
Also when doing 30 day shred ive seen people get great results, do any of you add in additional cardio or workouts?

I would do shred, then ripped. I just find that shred gets your endurance up more, but you look pretty fit already so it may be too "easy" for you. So it depends really on what you are looking for.
As for the cardio question, I am also a runner, i didn't run while doing the shred, but after that 30 days, I started running 3 days a week with my dog. I found I needed the extra cardio as I got more fit.0 -
Ripped in 30. I did the Shred maybe once or twice, and it doesn't even compare in the intensity of Ripped in 30. Even Jillian will tell you that!0
