Getting back into it after the weekend

I don't know about the rest of you, but when the weekend comes around I really fall out of my routine. Diet and exercise goes out the window. How do you guys recover your weight loss strategy after the weekend? How do you stay motivated on Saturday and Sunday?

    I view Sunday as my easy exercise day. For example, I take my dogs to the dog park. While they run around like maniacs, I walk loops around the park for an hour. Voila! Lazy Sunday has just produced an hour of decent exercise. Saturday night is typically dance party in my living room. I'm having fun and I'm burning calories. After all, if you don't have to go to work on Sat & Sun, you should have more time to exercise. And neither of these activities is particularly hard or stressful. I find them both fun. Maybe if you could find a couple of fun activities to get you up and moving over the weekend, you'd find it easier to stay on track.
