Plateau

So I'm getting a little frustrated with the fact that I can't get past 230 pounds. I would like to think that I'm doing things right. I'm working out 5+days a week and have a 1300 calorie limit. I occasionally eat back some of my exercise calories.

My food diary is open if anyone has any suggestions as to what I should change to boost my metabolism and start losing again.

Friend requests are welcome as well.

    Going back in your diary you're pretty consistently over on sodium; maybe try and watch that a bit more? Too much salt makes you hold onto water weight.

    My personal trainer says the same thing. I have a hard time with that for some reason. I try to eat low sodium food, but it still seems to crop up.
