I can guarantee I didn't gain 12 lbs in
One day. Is it really possible to gain 12 lbs in water after one cheat day. Kind of disgusted this morning.

They don't make me feel disgusted the day I have them. LOL. I really only ate some chinese and had a few beers. Other than that it really wasn't bad. I had a steak. and Some pasta.0 -
If you eat a very low carb diet and then have a "cheat" day and eat a bunch of carbs, a lot of weight can be gained this way because the muscles/body will absorb water due to storing glycogen.
IIRC this is a trick bodybuilders use to look more cut on stage: cutting carbs, then replacing the carbs before the competition and dehydrating themselves so the muscles look larger while they don't have any bloating elsewhere.
