Share your pictures and or recipes of your favorite foods and meals!
Some of my helpful tips -

I swapped out chips & dip for 100 calorie pack chocolate covered pretzels & fresh fruit.
I also swapped out using as much salad (lettuces) for more green leafy spinach and herbs.

I also stopped buying anything that had to go in the freezer or be microwaved.
That helped me to stop eating so many processed foods.
Instead I fill up on all fresh veggies and fruits.
I've also tried to lower my carb (potatoe) in take but still love them!

If you are a bread lover, Joseph's makes some delicious 100 calorie flax seed pita pockets,
roll ups, and flat bread. My go to whenever I feel the need for a sandwich.
I try to incorporate as much onions, peppers, and garlic as I can with every meal too!
And I love eggs for breakfast when I have time with a wheat english muffin or bagel thin:)

    I don't have any pictures of my food! I'll try to take a picture of dinner tonight =)
