    never did a mini challenge before b/c they all seem too hard for my fitness level, but i saw this and DID IT! thanks to the op for giving us somewhat not so fit people something within reach...

    anyone know how to log it? i didn't time myself for it...

    Done in three sets of 50 with walking in between to catch my breath. Those last 15 were hard!

    I did a total of 150 today. At first it was kinda difficult so i did 10, then 20 after a break, then again 10 and 20.
    And then I went to zumba, and got my heart rate up. And I decided to do 100 jumping jacks without a break.
    I started with my heart rate at 95, and ended at my heart rate at 145. It took me 2 min 15 sec.
    According to my heart rate monitor, I burned 14 calories doing 100 JJs.
