Special K Challenge

Has anyone tried the special K challenge? I am thinking about giving it a shot because I just starting eating a meal bar with fruit for lunch and it is keeping me full. Any success stories?

    i lost 6 pounds eating special K cereal for breakfast and lunch .... but now i switched to kashi cereal for breaksfast and eating lots of fruits and veggies
  • I havn't actually done the challenge but I drink the K20 protein mix packets everyday (great for fiber too) and those tend to help curb cravings and keep me full longer!!!

    I'm halfway through my second week and have lost 4 lb so far. If you go by the 3/4 cup, it's really small unless you are just munching on it without milk, which I do sometimes. I usually end up having 1.5 cups for the breakfast and lunch. So far, not bored at all. Love the fruit and yogurt and blueberry flavor. I actually measured all the boxes' servings using my food scale into little baggies. That takes the guesswork out for me and prevents me from adding "just a little bit more" into my bowl. If you try it, hope it works for you.

    Thanks! I am going to start this sunday I think! I am going to have cereal for breakfast and and a meal bar a lunch with fruit and veggies. Its nice you get to have your normal dinners. Congrats and good luck finishing your last week!

    hmm i kinda tried it but i didnt stay full on the suggested cereal servings. but i do eat vanilla almond cereal for breakfast a lot and have the honey nut bars for my mid morning snack. this is the best bar i've had cuz it tastes like it shud be bad for u. lol

    I tried... it just got old fast for me. I only did the cereal for breakfast and lunch. I didn't use meal bars, drinks etc...
    Some people can stick to it though!
