Diet & Exercise partner

Hi, I did this successfully for a couple of months and I found someone who wanted to write back every day what we ate and our exercise so we had to be accountable to each other. Is anyone interested in doing this with me? I would prefer someone who has simular goals to mine but I am not picky! I am 22 and just started my first teaching job. I am trying to lose about 13 lbs. I like to work out but I have a hard time controlling my eating. My thought is that we could write our goal for the day in the morning and what we actually did in the evening.

  • Hi, I just turned 23 and I work as an event planner. I am at my desk most days as well so I would like to lose some weight and keep it down! I want to lose 15 lbs. I like to run at the gym but now summer is over I dont find as much time for other good workouts like tennis, hiking ,wakeboarding ect. So I really need to watch what I eat! I think its a good idea to send eachother goals and see if we both came through! I am pretty new on this site so I am not sure how to email yet. Let me know what you think!
