Recently at work a fitbit showed up in our lost and found. I left it there for a month, and no one claimed it, so managment said I could have it.
However, I have no idea how to use it!
All it is is the fitbit itself, so what do I need to buy to make it something I can use? A chargeing base? Do I need to download any programs? Thanks!!

look on ebay for the accessories you need--charger, etc. then go to fitbit.com/start download the program and charge your fitbit. to link to your myfitnesspal account--sign in and go to tools! then they will be linked.0

Nice swag! What she said. I'd add- All you really need is the charging base. There are other accessories that are rather optional (belt clip, wrist thingy).
I will add this. If you felt like trying to find the owner, you probably could through the Fitbit site or through their customer service. The device is probably registered to an existing account.0 -
Oh I didn't realize that. I will try and find the owner before doing anything else. Thank you Mcarter!!0
