I love this and it is 344 cals, which works for me.
Cook one peeled diced apple in 1/2 cup of water for a couple of minutes. Add a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and 1/3 cups of rolled oats. Cook for a couple of minutes. You don't want it to start stinking to the pot, too dry. When cooked put it in your bowl and top it with 7 walnut halves that you have chopped and one tbs of Real maple syrup. I am full until lunch on this and I find that the walnuts and apples breakup the oatmealy-ness of the oatmeal.

2 Sachets of Oats so Simple (original) + a ripe Banana = Yummy Goodness!!!
or
2 Sachets of the above + 30g of Museli.. any variety (the fruit and nuts go great with it and add some extra texture)
Usually around 300cals in total. (only water used, no milk)0
