Weekend Blues....

I'm having a really hard time staying on track on the weekends :(

Can anyone offer me some advice on how to motivate myself to get up and exercise and to keep on track with my calories?!

    I tend to exercise first thing upon waking up on the weekends because I know if I tell myself I'm going to do it later it never happens. This way you get it out of the way. As for staying within calories you can either make healthy choices or have something a little unhealthier but plan ahead so you can work it into your calories for the day. If you know you're going out that night with friends and will have nachos then you can structure your food choices accordingly so you don't go over or do more exercise to fit it in.
