On days that I work out, I really have trouble being hungry enough to eat enough calories. I try to eat back most of my calories burned in exercise, but I'm just not that hungry and can't force myself to eat them without feeling sick

Also, I just want to eat chocolate all the time, but I don't keep any in the house, or I'll just eat it all in one sitting.0
