Now that i am 5lbs from the goal I set 1 year ago i find myself considereing a lower number. My BMI is just now healthy but when i set 150 as my goal it seemed so far away. Anyone else re-evaluate their goal weight after getting close to it?? I have researched the ideal number on the web and there are so many large ranges that it gets overwhelming.
