Awesome No-bake Protein Cookies

:love: Love these cookies!!! Easy and quick to make - delicious too!

1 cup whole-grain rolled oats (dry)
1/2 cup peanut butter (I use organic)
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup honey (I use sugar free)
1 tsp vanilla
1 scoop of chocolate flavored Whey protein powder
1/4 c. dark chocolate chips

I mixed the dry ingredients, followed by the peanut butter, vanilla, and honey. Roll the cookies into 1-inch balls and pop them into the fridge. If the cookies don't stick together enough, use a touch more honey. These are packed with protein! Enjoy!
