I have hit a plateau and wondering if I NEED to increase my calories again to see if that will bump me off this thing?
I am 5' 2.5", currently weigh 190 lbs with a BMR at 1587 (I am currently eating 1500 calories)
I have figured my TDEE - 20% and that would be a littiel over 1900 caloires (wow) I am not sure I can jump from 1500 calories to 1900 caloires over night!
When I increased my calories from 1200 to 1500 the first week I lost 1.8 pounds, since then hardly any! So the big question is...do I need to increase my calories again? Love to have any and all feedback on this...what has helped you, etc..- Thanks!

Why don't you try 1800 calories for a month. Whats the worst thing that can happen?0 -
