Question about 30day shred

Is there a lot of bouncing around in the workouts because my house is built up off of the ground and I don't want to be shaking the house when my kids are asleep. Thanks

Quite a bit.
If you want a similarly butt-kicking (yet less cardio) JM workout, I just got "no more trouble zones". It's more weight oriented and other than the warm-up (short) no jumping around. It's more weight training than cardio, though. Also, it's longer (45 min compared to shred's 30):flowerforyou:0
