Let me start by apologizing if this has already been answered someplace else - I promise that I read all the "Newbie" posts first but didn't see anything about these macro goals I keep hearing about on the message boards. Can someone please explain to me what macro goals are? Thanks!

Macro-nutrients are your fats, proteins and carbohydrates. It's important to keep an appropriate ratio between the 3 of them, and it's important WHERE you get them from.
Ex:
Fat...
You could get fat from eating a double cheese burger & fries, which is BAD
or
You could get fat from eating avocados, almonds, or olive oil, which is GOOD
Based on your weight, and calorie consumption the amount of the three can change, so be sure to do research on what your body needs to be its healthiest!0 -
Awesome - thanks!0
