What should I do after I finish C25K?

I currently am going through the C25K app. I'm on week 6 day 2. So, I am wondering in a few weeks when I complete the app goal, what should I do? I plan on running a 5K in the fall just to say that I did it. I really am dreading doing it because I will get "smoked" by all the real runners. (My pace is a slow 10 minute mile) Additionally I do not have any desire to run a 10K or a half marathon.

I do, however, want to keep this up, and I really need an app or something to keep my "honest" and motivated. Do I just keep repeating the final week of C25K? Any suggestions?

I just finished Week 6, Day 1 today! I've done C25K several times before (I have an on-again, off-again relationship with running)

This is the first time I'm doing it with a smart phone app. I'm doing it timed (so by the end I'll be running 30 mintues) and when I'm done that, I'm thinking of redoing the last 2-3 weeks on distance mode, to actually do 5k.

After that there's a "bridge to 10k" program to take you from 5k to 10k, or there are "5k improver" programs to stay at 5k, but get a better time. If its just staying accountable you can track your runs on mapmyrun.com and keep track of your stats etc, which can be motivating if you're in to that kind of thing.

And please don't dread getting smoked by the "real" runners! Finishing last is still finishing and it is an accomplishment!
