Insight Needed on Progress

I am 3 weeks in (counting from the day I REALLY got serious) , and feeling a bit on the "do I even LOOK any different?" or "I need an ego boost" phase.

Just for a little background I am doing Turbo Jam and Level 2 of the 30 day shred EVERY DAY, along with some plyo exercises too.

I took photos on July 12th. I wanted to see if there has been any change what so ever in my middle so I took another quick one. Granted it isnt the same time of day, and after lunch so I am a little more bloated so to speak but I noticed something and wanted to hear from someone who is further in thier transformation.

My belly seems to not have gone down as far as I can tell but that could be beause I ate. What I did notice was that my belly button does seem higher. Does that make sense? I have a tattoo on my hip and my "fat" sits a little higher off my tattoo. As if I had a tiny belly lift. Is that me imagining it? or is that how transformation goes? it lifts and goes in? Any advice, help, insight is appreciated tia!
