At what level do you set your METs to measure moderate and vigorous activity? I've got mine set at the default of 3-6 METs for moderate activity and above 6 METs for vigorous. Should I stick with these settings? I use this info to input my exercise calories burned into MFP. I have my activity level on MFP set for sedentary and then add in any exercise calories burned that shows over 3 METs on my armband software.
Also, am I correct in entering my exercise calories burned that way? (Only entering in activity that shows over 3 METs). Or should I input anything that registers over around 1.2-1.4, which is what I seem to burn sleeping or just sitting and watching tv? i just want to make sure I'm entering the correct amount for exercise and not overestimating my burn, or I guess not entering enough...
