New Cookware

So I went on a little splurge at a Pampered Chef party and bought myself a whole new bunch of stoneware: pie pan, pizza stone, bunt cake pan, muffin pan, and little casserole dishes. I made a pie on a stone sheet pan and it came out incredible, but obviously that would be a diet no no. The little dishes I can make small portion quality meals in. What the heck am I going to do with everything else besides make things for other people (which I actually will do)? Any ideas of healthy items I can bake

you could make a chicken or beef pot pie - mostly with veggies
also use sprouted wheat flour to make muffins stuff like that0
