My name is Tiffany I live in Calgary, Alberta MY SW is 156, CW is 149 and my GW is134
I Need to get a better support group. I use MFP on and off, But if I had a better support group I think I could come out with a great success. I am looking for ppl to add me and help me get motivated as well as share some tips with me.
