I don't think this is a bad thing necessarily. I am cooking the same sized meals I've been eating and end up throwing some of it away every time. I know I need to eat a certain number of calories each day and I'm really trying to get to that number. Exercising is tough for me right now as I'm in between ankle surgeries (reconstruction phase 2 is in three weeks). Is it horrible if I'm under 1200 a couple of times a week? It's not far under - 50-100 calories. But I don't want to eat just to eat if I'm not hungry.

I'm not a believer in recreational eating for its own sake, looks like you have a fair bit to lose so I would enjoy the reduced appetite.0
