Breasts!!!

Ha ha ha I know I got a lot of guys looking at this post right now!!!!!

But seriously I have a question...........

Has any ladies got the breasts back to being perky ( without surgery) after losing weight? I've been wearing a sports bra to bed every night in hopes that I can make them perky again it doesn't seem to be working.....Is there an exercise, or something? Please understand that I don't bash anyone who has had breast surgery....In fact I've thought about it but wanted to wait until after I was done having kids.

Pics! Haha, just kidding. I've been told moisturizer (I still haven't been able to get into doing this consistently), cardio, and core workouts help with excess skin. Those things may also help your situation. I've also been told that the younger you are, the more elastic your skin is, so the more likely it will become taught again. Also, I think it's generally advisable to wait until about 6-12 months after you hit your goal weight before considering surgery.

Also, bench press (incline, decline, and flat), flys, and lat workouts will build up your muscle in the area which should probably help. Make sure you aren't neglecting your upper back, as those muscles will keep your shoulders from "caving in", therefore raising up the breasts a little.

Doing weights specific for chest will help. As it will firm up the muscles that hold the girls up. But sorry don't think they will ever be the same as when we were in our 20s. Other wise a nice bra and chicken filts ( that's the fake inserts) will perk them up. Good luck

Cardio will generally improve skin tone, which may help. Having good posture with strong core, chest, and upper back muscles will also help. But Miz Scarlett, you ain't never gonna look like you did before you birthed those babies :-).

Over a year ago, as I was starting to lose weight and get in better shape, my wife said to our then 15 year old youngest daughter, "isn't dad doing great? He's lost 10 lbs!" My daughter said, " I don't really know how to saw this in a good way but, does that mean you will lose your man boobs? When you are working outside and cutting the lawn and stuff in the summer and my friends come over, it's kind of embarassing!" This only response I could come up with is, " that's the plan honey, that's the plan". lol

So, yes mine have gotten much perkier.

To help with your original question, bench, overhead, flys, pullups, dips will all help with the supporting and stabilizing muscle groups.
