I just bought myself a juicer hoping it would help me get more good stuff in me so I can become more energized and help in my weightloss goals. So far, although its just been a couple days, I am enjoying it and feel more alert than usual.
I was hoping to hear of any of you in the mfp community that use a juicer that either have tips, feedback on how its helped you and recipes for juices or the left over pulp.
Thanks all:-)

I have juiced before, and found I like the vegetable variety better than the fruit variety. Not sure if veggie is healthier than fruit, but almost surely less carbs! I found that including CELERY is a must for my tastes, and a few drops (or more if you like heat) of tabasco sauce made it delicious, served over ice. YUM.
I'd love to hear what others have tried too!0 -
My husband and I did a 10 day juice fast about a month ago.
We loved it. It helped us get jump started
Into a MUCH healthier diet. We've tremendously increased our plant based
Diet.
We used recipes from www.jointhereboot.com
And www.rawrawlife.com
Add me if you have any other questions.0
