Strength Training | Suggestions

I have decided that I need to add strength training into my weekly workout routine. Currently I do cardio 6 days a week at 24 Hour Fitness. I know you are supposed to target certain areas of the body per day. Any suggestions on websites with good strength training schedules? I'm a bit lost when it comes to lifting..

I second the New Rules of Lifting...I know it isn't as easy as something online, but it's got a lot of great information and worth the price/hassle of an actual book.0

Nothing wrong with a good ole' notepad and pen. Plus, then you don't have to worry about dropping any weights on your expensive phone.0
