Not the worst "experiment" I've tried

So, I was craving alfredo sauce. I used what I had and I have to say, it wasn't that bad considering it was lower(ish) in fat and calories than the typical alfredo sauce you could make.

I just used Whole milk, (it has the 8 grams of fat 5 saturated fat), Parmesan cheese, fat free butter (parkay is my favorite), black pepper, and chopped garlic.
Everything was kinda just approx., but I used about a cup of milk, like 3-4 tablespoons of butter, garlic to taste, and parmesan ehh, like roughly 1/2 of a cup.
Heat the milk to boiling, stir in the butter, then add the cheese and garlic and keep it over heat for about 5 minutes. (I used the whole milk bc usually I would use heavy cream and I thought that 2% milk wouldn't give it enough "omph".
Calorie wise, it adds up to around 365 for all of the sauce. You could probably use half for a decent serving which is only about 175, plus some whole wheat pasta, putting you at like 385 for a meal.
Again, not health food here, but it's a better choice than regular alfredo.
