Just started dieting

hey guys im 18, puerto rican from the bronx with a bmi of 30. I'm going to loose weight with the help of herbalife shakes for breakfast and lunch and a low calorie dinner. I have so far been successful today with 943 calories remaining and i doubt i believe i wont eat even half that. :) looking forward to see how much ive lost, last friday was my last weigh in which was at 183, im 5'5. I will have another weigh in this friday and hopefully ive found and easy diet that works for me.

  • forgot to mention, my goal is to weigh 150 lbs so i must loose 33lb. I would like to loose this weight by September for when school starts. That may seem far fetched but I'm ready to loose this weight and i will be dedicated to it.

    I just started this diet! I am trying to be really dedicated to it but i just get so discouraged at times that I just want to give up! I really need some support! My goal is to lose twenty lbs by june 11th? Can anyone give me some advice and some inspiration?
