iron or calcium, which is more important

to building muscle endurance? and is it the same for building muscle strength?

Too much iron is very unhealthy for men and for women after menopause. I don't think calcium does much to build muscles either.0

I quit taking calcium supplements because of new studies of the rink of heart attacks.

Don't take them at the same time as calcium will reduce iron absorbtion.0

Both calcium n iron is important, lack of iron will make you tired, calcium makes your bones strong, try to get both. but all in all protein is better to build muscle.0
