Here we go again!

Hey there!
So in November 2010 I got fired up and lost nearly 30kg on The Dukan Diet and loads of Cardio and Strength training over a period of 7 months. I almost reached my GW of 65kg, but before I did I got complacent and comfortable with being 72-75kg. With a new found confidence of losing all the weight I started going out and partying, drinking a lot of booze and eating what I wanted. Some days I'd stick to my fitness regime, others I'd convince myself I deserved a 'reward' for all my hard work. Well it's taken me around a year, but I've gained back nearly ALL the weight I lost.

SO HERE WE GO AGAIN!
