I have the same exact question. Weight watchers gave 30% more points. So if the daily intake would be 30 for me, when breastfeeding it increased to 40.0

Age of your baby and number of times breastfeeding makes a difference.
When my daughter was 18 months I gave myself 300 calories. She is still nursing at over 2 and I don't give myself any. When she was an infant I ate at least 1800 calories.0 -
I used to eat 500 cal more a day.0

I log the category breast feeding, 4times/day under my "snacks" and it gives me 400 extra calories to work with. Just type in breast feeding in your log and it will give you options to pick from and instead of subtracting calories from your total it will add. It also figures in the fat, protein, carbs that you use up when you nurse.0

I add 500 calories burned from breast feeding and it adds what I need to my calorie in take0
